☀️ Keep Your Dog Cool This Summer! ☀️

As the temperatures rise, our furry friends feel the heat just as much as we do – sometimes even more! Dogs can overheat quickly, so it’s important to take extra care during hot weather.

Top Tips to Keep Your Dog Safe & Comfortable:
🐾 Always have fresh water available – Hydration is key. Carry a portable water bottle and bowl when you’re out.
🐾 Avoid midday walks – Stick to early mornings or evenings when it’s cooler, and always check the pavement temperature to avoid burning their paws.
🐾 Provide shade – Whether in the garden or out on an adventure, make sure your dog has somewhere cool to rest.
🐾 Never leave dogs in cars – Even a few minutes can be dangerous. Temperatures rise fast and can be fatal.
🐾 Watch for signs of heatstroke – Heavy panting, drooling, weakness, or vomiting mean it’s time to cool your dog down and seek vet help immediately.

Remember: Dogs can’t tell us when they’re overheating, so it’s up to us to keep them safe, hydrated, and happy all summer long.
