I will be looking after some of her clients in the meantime, as all my regulars know my books are crazy busy anyway so im just reminding you to be organised with your next appointments as it really does help when trying to fit extra dogs in.. if you require a certain day and time I recommend booking 2 in advance…

The worst case of matting I’ve ever had to deal with!

Kali is a cockapoo puppy who hasn’t been groomed since January.

This just shows the importance of organising your dogs appointments and staying on a regular schedule..

Her owners rang weeks ago to say they had taken her to pets at home and had been told she would need shaving off. They didn’t want this and left the shop and rang me.. I advised they take her back and allow them do what’s needed and book her in with me in 6 weeks time… anyway they didn’t take her back in and fast forward a few weeks they ring again, I knew she must be desperate by now and manage to get her in and help her 😔

Her owners have been educated, advised and she’s booked back in, in 6 weeks.

I’ll sleep better tonight knowing she’s sorted! 🫶🏻

Thankyou to all my lovely regular customers for keeping me so busy… I’ve been really quiet across all the social media pages whilst I try and keep all the plates spinning.. horses,dogs,kids,school holidays etc..

I’m getting lots of enquiries daily.. please bare with me on the reply’s. I haven’t got any room to take on any new Saturday customers.. I do need some weekends off to spend time with my boys and compete my horses ❤️
