Early morning / evening walks are best. 🤗 Avoid the hottest parts of the day and if your walk involves pavements/road use, pop your hand on the floor and see if it still feels hot before heading out. The ground can stay warm long after the sun's gone down and your dogs paws can get burnt ❤️

Shady spot - if your dog loves time in the garden, create a shady spot for them to lay in, make sure they have lots of access to fresh water. ☁️

Paddling pool - perfect excuse to bring out the paddling pool 🥰

Popsicle - If you are worried your dog isn't staying hydrated - grab some healthy snacks (carrots 🥕 for example) find a suitable container, add some water and pop in the freezer! Who doesn't love a carrot popsicle on a hot day!

If your dog prefers relaxing indoors, grabbing a fan so the air is moving is a lovely way to keep a hot dog cool.
