The Gang now have a family and are getting to all stay together 🥰

Okay everyone we have some African Greys looking for families.

They have come from an extremely good home and we will be doing everything to ensure they will be going to extremely good homes.

We have Samantha and Jambo and then Merlin and Alfie. They are bonded birds so ideally we will be looking for them to go as 2 pairs but would consider individually if the perfect homes present themselves.

They are all 17 and 18 years old which means with the right care could be another 30 years worth of a commitment so not something to be taken lightly. They are all tame but as all bird owners appreciate you still need to earn your stripes and make an effort to bond with them and that can take time. They have been with their last family their whole lives and only due to health reasons that this circumstance has now come up. They eat well with a lot of fresh foods as well as pellets and a little seed. They are used to other pets and children, they are also happy with both male and female owners.

Now we know that African Greys are extremely sought after but we would just like to put it out there as we have done this for long enough to know the response we are about to get, please don’t message us if you have never owned a bird before. We are extremely strict on who will be considered for these birds. They will need a lot of time out the cage, someone willing to take bites, put the effort in to bond with them. They need families that will keep them for the rest of their lives and understand that parrots between what they need and what they can damage are not cheap to keep or quiet for that matter 🙈

The birds are not free there is a charge but they will come with everything they need. You will have a brand new cage still in the box, pellets, seed, a mixture of perches and a TONE of toys. As well as supplements or anything else they need so we know they are leaving us with everything they need. There will be an agreement to sign that you will not be allowed to rehome or sell on these birds, for any reason it did not work out the birds have to come back to us.
