Throwback to our Open Day last year❤️💙 We had great fun and it was a good opportunity for people to have a peak behind the scenes, with the little ones enjoying dressing up as vets. For our fluffy friends, we had lucky dips and a lot of treats! We will certainly be hosting another one in the future - watch this space!
Daisy came in with and her bestie Mimo. She came in for her six month MHP check for Christmas. She was given a clean bill of health. Wooo hoo! 🥰🥰🥰
On the Medivet health care plan. Rabbits get their health check, vaccinations, nail clip and a bag of Timothy hay among other benefits.

How dashing does Dashshund Lennon look in his dinosaur collar and bow? 💙🦕
He was a super star ⭐️ for his castration surgery
Starting today and over this week we will be posting some tips to help make fireworks night less stressful for your pet. 🎆
A good tip is to be prepared beforehand.
• A good idea is to get your pet used to the noise of fireworks before the big night (More on this in Wednesday’s post)
• Maybe invest in anti anxiety wraps or thunder shirts. These vests apply gentle pressure to the pets torso producing a calming effect.
• Make sure your pet has a microchip and it’s up to date incase they decide to bolt.
• Make sure your garden is escape proof.
• Speak to us about anti anxiety medication or supplements beforehand so you and your pet are ready.
Wednesday we have some tips on how to desensitize pets to noise. 😊💥🎧
Peppa’s story - Neutering
Peppa came in for her neutering surgery and her owners very kindly let us make a little movie of her day with us. So here is a day in the life of Peppa at the vets. (She was a super star ⭐️)
Terri the hedgehog.
‘Terri’ was found by one of our lovely clients. She was brought in with 200+ ticks on her. We set our student nurses the job of removing them all. Vet Elin cleaned and stitched up an infected wound on her chest. She is on the road to recovery and doing really well ♥️🦔
