Important closure notice 🤍

On Monday 7th September, we will be closed and completely unreachable as our family takes the day to say goodbye to my Dad and Katy’s granda.

As a small family-run pet crematorium, it’s just the two of us, myself and Katy, and on this day we need to step away from the business to be together with our family and attend his funeral.

We apologise for any inconvenience and kindly ask that you bear with us while we take this time to grieve and celebrate his life.

We will be back as normal on Tuesday 8th September and will respond to any messages as soon as we can.

Today I would like to give a special shout-out to Katy, who has now been with us for over a year and continues to excel in her role.

Over the past year, we have received so much wonderful feedback from customers about Katy through cards, messages, and even posts online. The positive impact she has on those she supports is clear to see, and her dedication never goes unnoticed.

Katy consistently delivers kindness, compassion, and care in everything she does. She goes above and beyond to make a difference in the lives of others, and her warm, professional approach is greatly appreciated.

I am incredibly proud to have Katy as part of our team. She is a true asset, and I am so grateful for all of her hard work and commitment.

If you’re mourning a pet, please remember this—what you felt was real, and so is the pain you’re carrying now.
Not everyone understands that kind of bond, but when love comes without conditions, losing it leaves a space nothing else can fill.

Your tears don’t make you weak—they show how deeply you cared.
They’re a reflection of a love that didn’t need words to be felt. 💔🐾

Take all the time you need.
There’s no timeline for healing a heart that loved so purely.

🌼 May Day Bank Holiday Notice 🌼

Just a quick heads up that we’ll be closed on Monday for the May Day bank holiday.

We’ll be back to normal opening hours on Tuesday and ready to help as usual!

At Speyside Pet Cremations we understand how important it is to honour your pet’s memory in a personal and meaningful way 🐾💛

With every cremation, we offer a selection of keepsakes to help you remember your beloved companion. These include an ink paw print 🐾, an ink nose print, and a lock of your pet’s hair carefully placed in a small glass jar 🤍

All of these keepsakes are completely optional, as we appreciate that every family’s wishes are different.

If you choose to have your pet’s ashes returned in a scatter tube they are also included in the cost of cremation giving you a simple and respectful way to say goodbye in your own time and place. 🌿

We are here to support you through this difficult time, treating every pet with the same care, respect, and love they brought into your life 💖

We just wanted to take a moment and come on here to share how truly wonderful the Blue Cross UK is when it comes to pet bereavement and support 💙.

Losing a beloved pet is one of the hardest things to go through and it can sometimes feel like others don’t quite understand the sadness that comes with it. 💔

Blue Cross offers kindness, compassion and understanding during those difficult times. Their support services provide a safe space to talk about how you’re feeling, to remember all the happy, funny and exciting memories, a space to begin to heal without any judgement. 🐾

If you or someone you know is struggling with the loss of a pet, We honestly can’t recommend Blue Cross enough. 🫶
