A massive congratulations to Carol who has been awarded this month's outstanding member of the month recognition.
Carol attends the weekly veteran drop ins and she also takes part in fitness classes in the gym. Carol is a great advocate 🙂🙂
More recently Carol has supported the ladies crafting group and has helped get it established into the lovely group it has become.
She is always thinking outside of the box, quick on her feet, a great problem solver. Carol supports positively and productively within groups which continue to grow.

It was great to welcome Jo Stevens for Cardiff East this week. We spoke about all things Valour and the difference it will make to Veterans in Wales. We also spoke about issues facing communities in Port Talbot.

Connected Forces Cymru is partnership made up of us, Bulldogs Boxing & Community Activities, Woodys Lodge 'Giving Space and Time', Swansea Veterans Hub and The VC Gallery coming together to be the Valour Recognised Centres in Wales.

It was great for our Veterans to be able to sit down with her and talk about issues they face and what support they need.

Bulldogs sociable strollers group have been taking 'action' this week for mental health awareness week. They had sun and rain while walking some of Wales most beautiful country side together. 🚶🚶🚶🚶.

We are taking Action to raise awareness around mental health. One of today's activiyies in the ladies coffee and craft session is positive pebble painting, the group is open to all women 😀 you don't need to be a member.
Carol has been busy recently in the group and made her first blanket which is really quite beautiful 😍.
