⚠️ Heads up, Christchurch!

At around 4pm yesterday, something quite upsetting happened at our Nurturing by Nature Barrack Road shop. A man came in, bought one small item for 99p, and then tried to confuse our lovely team member during the transaction. He raised his voice, demanded his money back, and sadly walked away with both the cash and the change.

It was clearly a short-change scam, and it really shook our team, no one deserves to be spoken to like that when they’re just doing their job.

Because of this, and for everyone’s safety, we’ve now removed all cash from the premises and won’t be taking cash payments for the foreseeable future. We’re sure you can understand why.

We’ve reported the incident to the police, but we wanted to let our community and other local businesses know so no one else gets caught out.
