We have just added the Budgie Avant-Garde seed mix to our products list on our online cataloge.
We’ve teamed up with experts to create our own Planet Aviary brand version of the popular Budgie Modern Mix. Keeping a constant supply of the Budgie modern mix has been difficult due to importation costs and ever rising courier costs, so we have optted to create our own brand which we will be able to keep in constant supply with sourced seeds from within the UK from our reliable UK Suppliers. We have just mixed this first fresh batch of 200kg and we will be making even more before the end of the month.
Avant-Garde means to be innovative, modern and new, which is the fitting name we have chosen to represent a budgie mix containing ever more popular and nutritional seeds such as White Perilla and Chia. The full ingredient list, in decensing order is: Canary Seed, White Millet, Japanese Millet, Yellow Millet, Yellow Panicum, Red Millet, White Perilla, Grass Seed, Linseed, Chia Seed & Niger Seed.

Only 24 hours left to pre-order for Maidstone bird show this Sunday. Please get your pre-orders to us in advance so we can have everything ready for collection on the day. The cut off date for pre-orders will be Thursday 7th May 4pm.

IMPORTANT INFO...We will be closed for a short holiday from 12pm Monday 20th April until Monday 27th April 2026. All orders recieved after 10am on Monday 20th April will not be processed until our return on the 27th. Please note that our phone lines will be closed during this time as will our page, and we will begin replying to our emails upon our return. So please make sure you have enough seeds and feed for your birds whilst we are closed and away. Thank you.

Now for the good news... We will soon be releasing a new range of products called "Sprouted Seed Mix" so keep an eye out for more information as we release it.
