With the weather starting to get cooler again, our paddocks will now be open as normal again. Allowing your dogs to enjoy a nice run without getting too hot.

Due to the upcoming hot weather, our paddocks will be closed in the middle of the day to ensure the safety of your pups. Our doggy swimming pool Canine Dip and Dive Plymouth will remain open to help your pups beat the heat, we still have a few solo spaces available in the next few days (no swimming experience required!).

Please remember the following when using our facilities in hot weather:

Shaded areas, small paddling pools, water bowls and a fresh water supply is available in each paddock, please utilise these as you wish to keep yourselves and your dogs cool 💦

⚠️ Please ONLY travel to us if you have A/C in your vehicle, please stay in your car until your appointment time.

⚠️ STRENUOUS EXERCISE SHOULD BE AVOIDED, please try to keep your dogs calm and cool in the paddocks.

⚠️ Our doggy lifeguards will be closely monitoring your dogs in the pool for any signs of discomfort and will advise accordingly.

⚠️ Please be particularly cautious if your dog:
- Is particularly young, or old.
- Has a thick or double coat.
- Is a brachycephalic breed (short snouted).
- Is overweight.
- Has a health condition, particularly one that may affect their breathing.

You can reschedule or cancel your appointment via your email confirmation (if more than 24hrs away for our paddocks or 48hrs for the pool), if it is within this timeframe, please reach out and we will reschedule the appointment for you.

We will be in touch if you have an appointment that falls within our closure.

IT'S OUR SECOND BIRTHDAY! 🎈 We can't believe it's been two whole years since we opened! 🥳 We just want to say a massive thank you to all the dogs (and their owners) who visited us, and to those of you online who have supported us from afar! 🎉

We would like to thank everyone who completed our recent survey. We will now sit down and review the findings, which include some very interesting suggestions on how to improve our facilities. Once we have completed our review we will ensure that all our customers are updated on the improvements we intend to make. Once again thank you to everyone who took the time to complete the survey.
