Due to a high number of missed appointments, we have unfortunately lost over £500 this year — and that doesn’t include late cancellations.
As a small, self-employed business, missed and last-minute cancellations have a significant impact on our income.
To help us run fairly and efficiently, please note the following:
• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. This gives us the opportunity to offer the slot to another client.• Missed appointments will incur a £30 fee, which must be paid before booking a new appointment.• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) will also incur a £30 fee.
Please also note that we are unable to send appointment reminders, as this would need to be done manually for each client and is extremely time-consuming.
