All dogs are groomed in a calm, relaxed atmosphere. All breeds large or small welcome and nervous dogs are one of our specialities. We provide a one to one consultation with a full health check with you the owner to make sure we get the correct style for your pet. We do not rush the dogs in or out of the parlour as we pride ourselves on a relaxed home from home environment while they are getting

pampered. All staff here at Posh Pawz are City and Guilds qualified groomers ensuring you and your pet receive the professional service you deserve. Advice is freely available please dont hesitate to ask.

Hi everyone just to let you all know my surgery was postponed to today but all has gone well and hope to be discharged tomorrow . Im so gratful to all of you for youre support and understanding . I miss each and every one of you. Long road to recovery but day one I'm happy 😊

I've just signed up for my dog boarding and day care course. I already have a lot of qualifications but this one is specific to boarding . Once I complete it I will apply for my council licence . I hope I see many of my Posh pawz friends in the future coming to stay x

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCMENT !!!

It breaks my heart to tell you all that after 26 years of grooming dogs , I have to give up due to my ever worsening health. I have fought hard to keep going, but sadly, on July the 30th , Posh Pawz will be closing down. I was hoping Gareth would take over the family business, but unfortunately, he isn't. You have all been to me like a big extended family , and many of you have been with me since the beginning. It is breaking my heart writing every word of this 💔. The chosen date is because I will be getting major neck surgery the following day, which comes with a lot of risks and a long recovery . I am never going to get better , I can only ever keep my body moving as best I can. You have all stuck with me through all these years . Some of you are more recent to team posh pawz. I wish I could do something to change the future , but I can't. I will keep going until the last day and hope that in the future , some of you might support me in my future venture, which will be Posh Pawz home dog boarding. Maybe I could continue to see some of you in that way . The next 2 months are going to be a very emotional time for all. I know that you all will feel let down, I only wish I had an alternative to give you all.

Back open tomorrow 6th may . See you all soon and thankyou for understanding that raven needs me more than usual. Fingers crossed the next 6 weeks of recovery go uneventfully for her
