🤝 This Is Alpha K9

Alpha K9 is about more than simply teaching dogs commands.

We work with dogs and handlers to build confidence, control, understanding and trust - creating training that works in the real world, not just inside a session. 🐾

From obedience and behaviour work to bitework and more advanced training, the focus is always on developing stable, reliable dogs and giving owners the knowledge to handle them properly. 👏

Every dog is different. Every owner is different. That’s why the training has to be right for the individual. ❤️

Whether you’re starting from the beginning, trying to improve an existing issue, or looking to take your dog’s training further, Alpha K9 is here to help you progress. 🐕‍🦺

🐾 The Dog Is Only Half Of The Training

Bitework might look like it’s all about the dog - but a huge part of the work is actually about the person holding the lead. 🫵

Learning how to read your dog, when to give direction, how to stay calm and how to communicate clearly can completely change the way you train together. 🤝

That’s why at Alpha K9, we don’t just work the dog - we work with the handler too. 🫡

The goal is to leave every session with a better understanding of your dog, more confidence in how to manage them, and a clearer idea of what to work on next. 👏

Because better handling creates better dogs. 👊

At Alpha K9, our obedience training focuses on building clear communication between dog and handler, helping you develop better focus, control and reliability in real-world situations.

From the basics through to more advanced work, we help owners understand how to get the best from their dog, not just during a training session, but at home, on walks and around everyday distractions.

🐾 Bitework Classes At Alpha K9

A few photos from our bitework classes at Alpha K9 - focused on control, confidence and clear communication between dog and handler. ❤️

Bitework training isn’t about creating an aggressive dog. Done properly, it helps develop a dog that is stable, responsive and able to work under control, while giving the handler a much better understanding of how to manage and direct them. ✅

Every session is about progression, building confidence and making sure both dog and owner are working together. 🤝

Interested in finding out more about our bitework classes? Send us a message and we’ll talk you through it all. 📲
