Cancellation policy

Hi all,

My cancellation policy will now be;

Any cancellations within 48hrs of the appointment I will require full payment.

This isn’t something I have ever wanted to put in place and I have always tried to be as flexible as possible so I hope all current and future clients can appreciate the need for me to put this in place.

When I take appointments, although I do not ask for deposits, I do book you into the diary, which means I turn away other work for that time. It isn’t feasible for me to have cancellations the day before / the day of the service. Atleast with 48 + notice I may have chance of filling some of the space.
