Killiebrae Rita - Winter Crag Nyx X Scrimgeour Sweep- Nice little pup showing natural instincts . I’m just giving her some short exposure to sheep every now and then.

I like how she thought about having a snap then changed her mind, giving a nice small cast off the sheep and then turned the ewe at the end.

Pink Ribbon New handler and Novice trial being held Sunday 5th October 2025. - link to follow

We will be holding a New Handler trial training day on Saturday 4th October . This is a day aimed to encourage and help people improve skills ahead of the real trial on Sunday . It will be a full day course and Spaces will be limited so please get I touch if you’d like to book in.

KILLIEBRAE pups from Winter Crag Nyx ( Winter Crag Diva X Scrimgeour’s Sweep) and Claric Sam (Hendre Sam X Preseli Jess).
They are growing up well and full of character ❤️
We are both going to keep a puppy each .

Nyx is a lovely bitch with so many good qualities , useful as a work bitch and made it to some placings in last years Nurseries.
Sam is a talented young dog, he’s got such a presence and feel on sheep. He’s going to be Killiebrae Sheepdogs next nursery dog this winter

This should be a lovely combination , both styish dogs that are biddable and intelligent. Both have nice natural outruns, stamina and great natures when not working.
Some very good bloodlines.

We are going to be holding a Dog DNA testing day on Saturday the 22nd of March at my farm near Penrith.

The test will be the my dog DNA panel which covers 270 health tests and includes all the tests needed for ISDS registrations .
A Registered vet will provide test kits and be on site to take the tests and complete paperwork.

Places are limited so please get in touch ASAP to book your slot or slots. Pricing is very competitive .
