Our talented dog grooming students are getting creative… and they need some stylish pups to practice on! 💕
We’re looking for friendly, patient dogs who are happy to try something a little different, including:
🎨 Dog-safe creative colouring
🌸 Asian fusion style grooms
🦁 Funky mohawks & fun trims
All products & dyes used are pet-safe, and your dog will be handled with lots of love and supervision every step of the way 💖
🐾 Perfect for owners who want something fun, unique, and Instagram-worthy!
🐾 Great opportunity to support our up-and-coming groomers

☀️🐶 Hot Weather Warning for Dog Owners 🐶☀️
As temperatures are set to soar, it’s vital we all take extra care of our dogs. Unlike us, dogs can’t regulate their body temperature effectively, making them especially vulnerable to overheating and heatstroke — which can become life-threatening very quickly.
🚨 Know the warning signs of heatstroke:

Excessive panting or drooling
Bright red gums or tongue
Vomiting or diarrhoea
Lethargy or weakness
Confusion or unsteadiness
Collapse or seizures

If you notice any of these signs, seek veterinary help immediately — every minute counts.
💡 Top tips to keep dogs safe:

Walk during cooler parts of the day (early morning or late evening)
Provide constant access to fresh, cool water
Avoid hot pavements (if it’s too hot for your hand, it’s too hot for their paws!)
Never leave dogs in a car — even for a few minutes

Must have 6 weeks coat growth, no matting and be well behaved for the grooming process.

Due to last minute cancellation we require a cocker or springer spaniel for a tidy trim (no clipping)

Did someone say FREE micro chipping?

Our Vet Nursing department at needs your help!

Ahead of our first group of students starting our Level 3 VetSkill Award in Implantation of Identification Microchips in Animals, the team needs 5 cats and 5 dogs in June! 🐈🐕

All staff are qualified veterinary nurses, and your pets will be supervised by qualified industry professionals for the assessment and will help our students learn how to microchip pets both safely and legally!
