The date for our Christmas Fair is getting closer and closer. It's now only a matter of weeks away 30-11-25.

Please save the date and spread the word. We need as many people as possible to attend on the day for us to be able to make much needed much funds for the animals in our care.

Donations are still needed for us to sell on the day, so please, if you have and unwanted, gift sets, good as new items, etc, please get in touch.

We are still also in need of items for our tombola, eg, sweets, chocolate, or anything similar.

Thank you to everyone who has already donated. Your support is much appreciated by all of the animals and the PPAR team.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE NOW OPEN AT WEEKENDS BETWEEN 1PM-3PM FOR FAIR DONSTIONS TO BE DROPPED OFF.

Im a few days late but... Whisker While You Work is 1️⃣! 🎉🎂

I would just like to say a HUGE thank you to all my lovely clients for trusting me to care for their beauatiful furry and feathery family members — I love them as if they were my own. Thank you to everyone who has shared a post, recommended me, or supported me in any way , and to all the lovely local pet carers for their help and advice when I've needed or may need it, — I wouldn’t be here celebrating 1 year without you all ❤️

A special thank you as well to my partner, Pete (I will introduce him properly one day 😆), who has supported me every step of the way, financially... mentally! 🤣 and for being my back up pet carer when ive needed him!❤️

Just a little something to cheer up your monday morning! 🥹🥹

A small hamster has captured hearts around the world after a veterinarian fitted it with what might be the smallest cast ever made. The little creature had fractured its paw after a fall from its cage, leaving it limping and unable to move around comfortably.

Instead of simply wrapping the injury, the vet carefully molded a miniature cast from soft medical material, perfectly sized for the hamster’s tiny leg. Photos show the furry patient sitting proudly with its little white cast, looking both fragile and brave.

The vet said the hamster handled the treatment like a champ, eating snacks throughout the procedure and showing quick signs of recovery. The story spread quickly online, proving that compassion isn’t measured by size — even the smallest life deserves the biggest care.
