Good afternoon all,

Im very honoured to be involved in this beautiful babys healing journey.

Seph is a brave bouly currently undergoing chemotherapy on two cancerous tumours in his body yet such a radiant soul angel and fighter just like his guardiant Nick.

He's enjoyed an hours reiki treatment whilst ive chatted with his beautiful guardians in the sunshine this morning.

I am absolutely priveledged to be treating this beautiful soul animal and folks please also send healing and prayers to Seph too as the more positivity we can generate, the more likely we can reduce the size of these tumours and allow him to live as long and aa healthily as possible.

For those of you who don't know, I am running meditation sessions again for my business, in Sherwood, Nottingham

This time with Reiki, arts and crafts, colour therapy, and lots of lovely, inclusive guided meditations.

Ticket prices for 2.5 hours of pure bliss range from £18 early bird to £24 full price, but I also have 2 for 1 tickets still if you want to grab yourself a bargain.

Good evening lovely people. I hope you're well. I’m now running Friday evening retreats in Sherwood, Nottingham if anyone is interested.

Each session includes guided meditation, mindfulness, colour therapy, arts and crafts, plus a good healthy dose of group reiki!

It’s 2.5 hours of relaxation for £24, with early‑bird offers available.

So today marks the end of my challenging 2024 timeline and i came home to see, for the first time ever this blooming magenta lotus shaped lilly.

Divine timing definitely upon me and the association with the crown chakra and finally reaching my highest potential ( and being offered my dream job yesterday working for FareShare as their Wellbeing Trainer) says it all.

I feel so blessed and grateful today and hope you all too are having beautifully blessed days and weeks too X
