I'd like to say a massive thank you to all my lovely loyal customers who have continued to support me. It's been a real pleasure welcoming new doggy faces throughout the years ❤️
I'd like to dedicate this year to not just my customers but to anyone who has
sadly lost their pet 😞 Its been a very difficult year hearing a number of my customers losing their dogs. Im confident they've all lived an amazing life ❤️ My gorgous Bella, who we lost in April, will forever be in our hearts and will never be forgotten ⚘️

Late payments, drop of & collection of dogs and no shows.
Unfortunately, I've had this a lot recently. I rely on my income per day and greatly appreciate being paid after the groom is completed.
Due to being late to drop off or collect your dogs, I am now forced to charge extra for this. I completely understand traffic, but 15 + minutes late without a warning is difficult for me to juggle with the next dogs booked in as I work 1-2-1.
Regarding no-shows I am still forced to charge 100% of the groom as I simply can't afford to lose money per day.
