Hello to all our lovely customers!
As I’m sure the majority of you are aware the main road from Newton abbot towards Trago Mills will be closing at the end of this week for a per-longed period.
Please see pictures above of the alternative routes to us. There are also QR codes on the pictures allowing everyone to access videos with the information about the diversion routes.
As we appreciate this will be tricky to get us and having a different route to us we very much appreciate your efforts to still visit us with your much loved dogs! Please still remember we work back to back on a tight schedule and require you to attend the appointment you have booked at the correct time. We ask if you all in your busy schedules could leave within plenty of time before the appointment to allow us to keep on schedule to give all the appointments the time they require.
If all of our lovely customers could share this post allowing the information to get to everyone that’s needed!

We’ve had 5 no shows today😢

We are currently so busy and booked up for approximately 6 weeks, if you cannot attend your appointment please let us know, so we have enough time to let our cancellation list know.
We do understand things happen, but we have to put our business first. We also urge to you to not rely solely on reminder messages and to have an alternative reminder e.g. pop it in your phone calendar as well. We put our hearts into every groom, and all we ask in return is respect for our time. Thank you to everyone who values and supports us — we couldn’t do this without you. 🐶

Hello to all of our absolutely lovely customers!

We just wanted to stress the importance of drop off and collection times.

We work on a tight schedule and our diary works back to back.

Being late to drop off or collection, means pushing into the appointment of our next client and can then have a domino effect for the rest of the day, making us fall behind schedule.
This is especially tricky when we must adhere to our opening times due to being on Trago’s premises.

We like to provide a 1 on 1 service where we can between groomer and 1 dog each. Having our previous dog still in the salon when it’s into our next dog’s time means we can’t provide our full attention to our scheduled dog.

We completely understand things happen and we will accommodate when and wherever we can, however if you’re aware of late arrival or late collection please try to let us know so we can attempt to plan accordingly the rest of our scheduled day.

15 minutes late to drop off means we cannot guarantee your appointment will still be available and charges may apply.

15 minutes late to collection can result in a late fee of £5 per 15 minutes.

We have had this in our terms and conditions since we opened but have not once charged anyone despite multiple late collections. However we must start being stricter with our terms.
We hope you understand ❤️

Hello to all our lovely Pride and Groom JKL customers! We are getting super busy! Which is amazing so thank you all for the wonderful support🩷 To avoid disappointment please book appointments in advance, with how busy we are currently we would recommend at least two being booked in advance. If you have specific dates/times that you need, please consider sending us dates over for the rest of the year so we can guarantee you get the appointment you’re after! We are currently fully booked for May and very nearly the same for June. For Saturdays, they are incredibly busy for us so we are booked until end of July / beginning of August. We are closed Sundays and it is often our only day off of the week, so please book your Saturdays in advance!🫶🏼 Message us on instagram, facebook, or our work phone. If we don’t answer the phone, it is likely we are with clients so leave a voicemail or text us and we will get back to you as soon as we can📞
