🐾 Loyalty Card Update – Pride & Groom JKL 🐾

From 1st April, to help us keep our grooming prices the same, we’re making a small update to our loyalty scheme.

On your 8th visit, you’ll receive 10% off your groom as a little thank you for your continued support. ✂️🐶

Please remember:
• You’ll only receive a stamp if your loyalty card is brought to your appointment
• One loyalty card per dog (even if you have multiple dogs in the family)

We really appreciate all our lovely customers and their wagging-tailed pups! 💛

Price Update at Pride & Groom JKL 🐾

We just wanted to share a little update with all our lovely clients.

We are not introducing a general price increase across the board — our standard grooming prices will remain the same ❤️

However, over time we’ve realised that a small number of appointments are significantly undercharged due to coat type, appointment length, and the amount of product and prep work required.

To keep things fair and sustainable for the salon, we’ll be reviewing pricing for those specific grooms where:
• Coat type requires additional prep or specialist handling
• Appointments regularly run longer than scheduled
• Excess product or de-matting time is needed

If your dog is affected, we’ll always discuss this with you individually before your next appointment — no surprises.

Our priority is maintaining the quality, time and care your dogs deserve 🐶✨
