Hey lovelies!

I've just got back from my weekend away to 56 WhatsApps, 7 voicemails and a load of texts to start getting through from tomorrow 😊😊

I will be going through each message one by one so if you don't hear back by the weekend, don't panic, you're not forgotten 💛

Thankyou for letting me have some time off, I'm back in from 8am tomorrow so will speak/see yous then.

It's the day you've all be waiting for - please read!

💛💛 New diary day 💛💛

It's VERY early this year because, as some of you already know, I'm getting married in January so I need to be as organised as possibly going into next year!

But before you all absolutely blow the phone up, I need to clarify some points:

[ ] Diary will be opened on a first message, first booked service, no appointments will be held.
[ ] Saturday appointments will only be given to customers with a 100% weekend attendance.
[ ] Hours are changing again due to time wasters; Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm, Saturdays (only 2 a month) 8am - 2pm.
[ ] Additional fees will be added if anyone wants OOH appointments.
[ ] I will no longer be offering Emmi-Pet teeth cleaning.
[ ] Any no shows in 2026 for any service, will be instantly removed from my books!

All I need from you over WhatsApp is:

[ ] Prefered days & times (no appointments between 12pm-1:30pm)
[ ] Length of weeks between grooms.

NO APPOINTMENTS WILL BE MADE ON THIS POST.

Messaging saying your dog is "desperate and hot" won't change my diary.

If you're not organised for this time of year, that's on you.

P.S Scalping your dog won't make them cooler, it COULD make them prone to sunburn.

Dogs need their hair to regulate their temperature in all seasons.

Just be sensible and keep them out the sun 🙃
