Hi everyone just a little friendly reminder, as I hate having to post anything negative🫤 but…

I don’t work weekends and these are the days I spend with my family, I will reply to your messages the coming week and if I have ever missed your message feel free to drop me another text

As I only work on a 1-1 basis, please please please pick your dog up on the time we have agreed unless i say otherwise. It pushes my whole day back if I am waiting on owners picking their dog up late

If you are unable to make your appointment then please let me know as this can be giving to someone els and it has a huge effect on a small business if you just simply don’t turn up😕

If you are going to be late to your appointment then please let me know as the service you require may not be able to be completed resulting in a bath and tidy etc, as I run on a time slot basis and book the right amount of time for each dog meaning if you are late it has a knock on effect for the rest of my day and you may be turned away and re booked for another day

I hate being negative and most of my customers know i will always try my best to fit around you and your needs, as I love all your little pups but some times I need to put on my serious voice😂
