Just a quick reminder about bookings at Softpaws Adventure Park 🐾
Our system does not allow double bookings – simple as that. If it looks like a slot has been double booked, it’s almost always a misunderstanding, so please take a moment to check the details carefully.
The correct booking will be linked to the person who received the 24-hour reminder text and confirmation email, so that’s the best place to start.
Please also double-check your timing. Our system uses a 24-hour clock, and you’re asked to confirm AM/PM when booking – so make sure you’ve selected the right slot.
We know how exciting visits are (especially for the dogs getting hyped up in the car!), but it’s not fair on the person who has booked correctly if there’s confusion.
You can always log into your account to view your booking. If it’s not there, it likely means the session timed out and the booking wasn’t completed.
If a mistake has been made, please be polite and leave promptly so the correct booking holder doesn’t miss any more of their session.
Please also ensure your dog stays in the car until the previous visitor has safely returned their dog to theirs. This helps avoid unnecessary stress or unwanted interactions.
We kindly ask everyone to be prompt when leaving sessions, so the next visitor can start on time without disruption.
We’d also like to reiterate our rules: dogs must be kept on leads when going to and from the field and the car. Your dog may be friendly, but not every dog is – so please be mindful and considerate of others.
This is meant to be a safe space for all dogs – whether they are reactive, nervous, or just full of confidence and joy. Please be aware and respectful of others so everyone can enjoy their time safely.
