Reminder 🔔
You must send me your car registration the day before your appointment so I can pre register you into the system
If you are coming into My Pet HQ for regular shopping without your pet being in the salon for an appointment you will need to log your own registration on the kiosk at the desk
Walk in devices such as nail clipping requires you to log your own registration at the kiosk at the desk too

**Parking for your appointment**
🚗 I will pre register you into the parking system for your appointment to extend the limit past the 60 minutes.
🚗 Please send me over your car registration in advance.
🚗 If you are coming into the shop for a “walk in service” such as a nail clip or cat matt shave you will need to verify your own parking at the kiosk in the shop as soon as you arrive. This must be done as soon as you have left your car and entered the shop
🚗 you must be parked within the lines of the parking bay

Great weekend away in Birmingham for Pet Pro Expo! Of course the dog dungarees made another appearance!
Was an amazing range of speakers, lots of knowledge on different subjects to try and take in😂 also made a cheeky dog toy purchase for pre and post groom playtime I bet some of your dogs will be most excited about these😅
Had a spare half an hour before the train came so of course when I seen a cat cafe I had to pop in 🐈
