As a small business, last-minute cancellations and missed appointments have a significant impact on our daily operations and income. Unfortunately, we can no longer absorb the financial loss caused by appointments that are not attended or cancelled without sufficient notice.

While we completely understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, repeated no-shows and late cancellations leave appointment times that cannot be filled at short notice. As a result, we have made the decision to implement and enforce a cancellation/no-show policy moving forward.

This policy is necessary to help protect the sustainability of our business and allow us to continue providing the high standard of care and service that our clients expect.

Unfortunately, payment for your dog’s groom must now be made before leaving the premises.

We completely understand that sometimes things can be forgotten, however continuously having to chase outstanding payments is taking up a significant amount of time and is no longer feasible for us as a small business.

We kindly ask that all payments are settled at collection. Thank you for your understanding, support, and continued custom — it is greatly appreciated 💚✂️🐾
