🐾 Important Dog Sitting Update 🐾

To help protect Bark Avenue from last-minute cancellations and lost bookings, all dog sitting bookings will now require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your dates.

Unfortunately, when dog sits are cancelled at short notice, it can be very difficult to fill those dates, resulting in a significant loss for a small business.

However, if you provide plenty of notice I will always do my best to transfer your deposit to another booking date where possible. 💙

‼️ We need your help!! ‼️

urgently seeking a forever home for Duke.

Duke is a loyal companion who deserves a second chance.

Ideal Match: Someone with experience or a quiet home environment where he can feel secure.

Age/Breed: 1-year-old Chinese Red Dog cross (looks like "Scooby-Doo").

Temperament: Extremely loving and affectionate, but still has high "puppy" energy and is very hyper. Amazing with children but doesn't like cats. Is very friendly with other dogs and has never been aggressive towards another dog.

Health: Had stomach surgery at 10 weeks old. He is now fully recovered but has a severe chicken allergy.

Diet: He is a very fussy eater and currently only accepts Pure Pet Food.

Training: He is not trained with verbal commands. He responds to clicker training, eye contact, and high-value treats.

Duke is a wonderful dog who needs a home that can manage his energy and specific dietary needs.
