Hi all,

Charlie has suffered multiple epileptic seizures, she is currently in hospital and she will therefore be closed for the time being. Sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. Charlie will be in touch with everyone once she is better. I will apologise on Charlie's behalf as I know she will feel terrible about this.

Nala was my first ever client when I decided to go off on my own and I can't believe it, 9 years later she still comes to me for her pamper! Nala is such a sweet, happy and special girl. She always loves having a pamper. It was so lovely to see her today 🐾🐶

Support Dogs is a charity training for autism assistance dogs, epilepsy seizure alert dogs and disability assistance dogs for those affected by a wide range of physical conditions including MS, Cerebral Palsy, fibromyalgia, and more. Their aim is to increase independence and safety. With your support you will be helping change someone's life and making sure they are safe at all times 🐶🐾

Just a polite reminder about my late cancellation/no show policy.

To secure your appointment, a non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of booking. Once confirmed, you'll receive a email and text message reminder ahead of your appointment. If we do not receive the non-refundable deposit 48 hours before your appointment, it will be cancelled and you will have to rebook again.

I have been a bit lenient on charges in the past but as it leads to loss of earnings for me, and with costs rising this is not something I can take the hit on. I do not get paid for a no show or last minute cancellation which means loss of earning, so my wage is affected. I hope you can all understand that the policies are in place because, being self employed means that late cancellations or no shows results in a direct loss of income. Therefore I will be enforcing a late cancellation fee of the price of £15 as well as the non refundable deposit and a no show fee of the price of £15, including the full price of the appointment. This will NEED to be paid before any further bookings can be made.

I do understand there are unforeseen circumstances which cannot be helped and I will take these into account but only as a very occasional reason. If it starts becoming a regular occurrence then the fee payment will be required before booking.
This isn't something I want to have to post and something I have not taken lightly to do but I must do what is right for me and my business. As I am self employed this is my only source of income, so I kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations so the appointment can be filled.
