🌟 A Big Welcome to Snowy! 🌟

We would like to officially welcome Snowy the Umbrella Cockatoo to the rescue family! 🦜❤️

Snowy has settled in wonderfully and is already loving rescue life at our Robin’s Rescue & Rehabilitation location. He has been enjoying lots of attention, enrichment, and a safe environment where he can truly be himself.

After careful consideration, Snowy will be staying at the Robin location for life, where he can enjoy every minute of his forever home surrounded by people who care for him and understand his needs.

We are so excited to have this beautiful boy as part of our rescue family and can’t wait to share more of his journey with you all. 🥰

📢 Rescue Notice – Temporary Intake Closure 📢

Hello everyone,

From the 21st May until the 30th May, both of our rescue locations will be temporarily closed for any new intakes. During this time, I will still try my very best to respond to messages as and when I can.

Please rest assured that all of the animals currently in our care will remain safely in their own homes and will be looked after by trusted and educated family members who understand their individual needs and routines.

Thank you all so much for your continued support, understanding, and kindness towards the rescue and all of our animals 💛

Everyone please welcome Walter to the rescue! 🐹💚

After being told that Walter was a female… it turns out “she” actually managed to get a whole herd of piggies pregnant before anyone realised 🤦

So now Walter has officially joined our bachelor group and is currently being bonded with our other 3 male piggies. Safe to say there will be absolutely NO more bonding sessions with any sows from now on 😂

Despite his mischievous past, Walter is settling in really well already and we’re so happy to have him here at the rescue 🥰

We’ve recently received a number of messages from people enquiring about adopting animals from us, and we truly appreciate the interest and support.

However, we would like to kindly clarify that we are not an adoption-based rescue. Our focus is on providing a permanent, lifelong home for animals who come into our care from situations where they can no longer be looked after. Once they arrive with us, they remain here for the rest of their lives, where we are committed to giving them the safety, stability, and care they deserve.

We completely understand the desire to offer a home to an animal in need, and we’re always happy to support and point people in the direction of reputable adoption-based rescues.

Welcome Delboy 💚

We’d like to give a warm welcome to Delboy, our beautiful Senegal parrot who has recently joined the rescue. Sadly, Delboy has lost the feathers on his chest, but we’re hopeful that with the right care, patience, and love, he’ll be on the road to a full recovery.

Our goal is that this time next year, Delboy will have grown back all his feathers and be feeling his absolute best again. Until then, he’ll be getting all the support he needs to thrive.

We’re so excited to introduce this handsome little boy as the newest member of our piggie family! Jasper has already been settling in and enjoying some well-deserved peace, comfort, and lots of tasty snacks 🥬✨

We’re so excited to welcome these two beautiful budgies, Bridget and Boris, to the rescue family! They’ve already brightened up the space with their chirps and personalities, and we’re so happy to be giving them a safe, loving place to land.
