Thank you so much to everyone who has been patient and understanding with us this week! We have finally caught up with all of our emails and voicemails. 📧📞 If you haven’t heard back from us, please do reach out again as we may have missed you in the busy period!
A huge thank you also goes to our wonderful customers for being so understanding and moving your Tuesday appointments to other days. This has been a huge help and has allowed us to make sure we continue to provide the best possible grooms for your dogs. 🐶✂️❤️
📢 An important update
After a lot of careful consideration, we have made the very difficult decision to temporarily close our books to new clients.
Over the last few years, we have seen a huge increase in the number of new clients joining our family, and we are incredibly grateful for every single one of you. ❤️
You are so much more than customers to us. You are a vital part of our students’ journey, giving them the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience and helping us train the dog groomers of the future. 🎓🐾✂️
However, in order to continue giving our existing clients and their dogs the time, care and quality they deserve, we feel this is the right decision for us at this time.
Therefore, until further notice, we will not be accepting new clients.
We cannot thank everyone enough for recommending us to your friends, family and fellow dog lovers. Your support and word-of-mouth recommendations have helped us grow into the business we are today, and we genuinely wouldn’t be here without you! 🥹❤️
