As a little tester, at the DogTown festival next Sunday July 21st, there is an EXTRA show ring JUST for your sausages!
If we get enough entries, we will bring the whole DachshundTown festival back in 2025! So let’s make it a daxie takeover!

This show ring is being judged by Oxford sausage dog appreciation society founder, Annabel Daly , and the first place winner of every class is eligible to compete in the main show ring for Best in Show. Our best in show winner will get TONS of prizes, including a dog friendly HOLIDAY from Rockley Park Private Holiday Homes

⭐️ Introducing the judges! ⭐️

Joining our Main ‘all breed’ DogTown show ring judge Elisha; judging the DachshundTown (dachshunds only!) show ring we have the lovely Annabel Daly!

Annabel Daly is the force behind the Oxford Sausage Dog Appreciation Society, a facebook group (link to https://www.facebook.com/groups/oxfordsausagedogs ) she started back in early 2022 to find a few pals to walk with her two mini-wirehaired dachshunds, Ted and Mouse. Over 2 years later the group is going from strength to strength with over 300 members and monthly daxie dashes along the river bank in Oxford and bi-annual sausage parades( special easter and halloween dress ups). Annabel is a huge believer in building communities uniting people around their passions and has always believed dog people are the best people! She is honoured and excited to be judging at the DachshundTown show ring this coming July 21st at DogTown festival! (almost as excited as Ted and Mouse (link to https://www.instagram.com/amazingadventuresofsuperted 😉).
