Hi Everyone, as we enter into our busy period I ask that you please follow a few essential things...

1. Please park on our drive or at the bottom, but please do NOT obstruct our neighbours driveway.

2. Please knock, ring the doorbell Situated on the back gate, we will come and get you. Do NOT enter until someone has come to get you please. There maybe loose animals.

3. Please remember that the animals already in belong to other people. You can not hold them or open up other areas.

4. Timings, please stick to the time we have arranged as I am booking in customers either before or after your time slot. If you are running late, please let me know. Sitting around for an hour for you isnt fun.
I try to be as flexible as i can. I dont have 'set' timings like cattery or kennels, but I may need to put this in place.

OREGANO for Rabbits-

Oregano is safe for rabbits and is great scattered in hay as forage.
It provides Iron and Calcium.
It also acts as a natural antioxidant.

OREGANO for Guinea Pigs-
Guinea pigs can enjoy small amounts of oregano.

Today's Herb is SAGE....

Sage for Rabbits is safe, but must NOT be fed to pregnant or lactating rabbits!

SAGE helps to reduce inflammation and helps to alleviate minor digestive issues.

SAGE for GUINEA PIGS-
Only give small amounts (1 or 2 leaves) once or twice a week. The strong smell may or may not appeal to most guinea pigs. High in oils hence the small amount infrequently.

LEMONBALM for RABBITS-
Lemonbalm has soothing properties and helps to alleviate stress.
It supports digestion and reduces bloating and gas.

LEMONBALM for Guinea Pigs-
Helps to soothe the digestive system and eases bloating.
High in fiber, vitamins and antioxidants.
Also acts as a great calmer for the more timid guinea pigs.

Herb's, do you know the benefits of them?

MINT-
All types of mint is safe for Rabbits.
It helps aid digestion. Mint is full of potassium and vitamins. Did you know that Mint also soothes arthritic joints!?

Mint is safe for Guinea pigs, but in small doses as it is high in calcium. Too much calcium for pigs can cause bladder issues like bladder stones.
