BIG THINGS ARE HAPPENING AT RAZOR SHARP…

We’ve been VERY, VERY busy behind the scenes. 👀

Whilst some people are watching what everyone else is doing, we’ve been too busy creating what’s next. 😉

And if you thought we were just about sharpening… think again.

Taromi is all about diversification.

We’ve been coming up with ideas, testing, tweaking and creating new and unique products designed to make everyday life in grooming, showing and caring for our dogs easier, smarter and better.

We’re looking at what’s missing, what could work better and what could make life easier.

And there is also something VERY, VERY special in the pipeline…

We can’t reveal too much just yet, but we genuinely believe this one is going to be incredible....

I’m so impressed with my new stripping knives! They’ve made hand stripping my Giant Schnauzers coat so much easier, and I’m really pleased with the results. 🖤

They’re comfortable to use, have a really good grip and glide through his coat beautifully without feeling like I’m fighting against it. I’ve noticed a real difference in how easily I can work through his coat and get a nice, even finish. They’ve brought his beautiful, harsh coat through perfectly. I’ve used plenty of other stripping knives and these are by far the absolute best. The grip is so comfy and I don’t get wrist ache as I have with some other brands. My Giants undercoat has come away so easily. With an array of sizes it’s made it easier for the fine detail work on his face and around his ears. My Giant Schnauzer is a show dog so it’s very important to me to keep his coat in top, harsh condition.
I am very excited to try them on other breeds that come into the salon for a strip.

Highly recommended for beginners and experienced hand st*****rs, definitely a set I will be recommending!

When did this become acceptable?

We really don’t like having to write a post like this, but unfortunately, on the last day of Welsh Kennel Club, someone decided it was acceptable to take a pair of scissors from our trade stand without paying for them.

Quite honestly, we are disappointed.

This is the dog world. It’s a community built around people who work hard, support one another and share a genuine passion for dogs. We should be able to trust people around our stands and our businesses.

Shoplifting is theft. It doesn’t matter whether it’s a £10 item or a £100+ pair of professional scissors — it is not acceptable, and it will not be tolerated.

We work incredibly hard to bring quality products and services to shows, and unfortunately, incidents like this don’t just affect us as a business; they affect the whole trade community.

We’d much rather be writing a post thanking everyone for another fantastic show, but sadly, this has left a really sour taste on what should have been a great weekend.

Please respect small businesses, respect exhibitors and respect the dog world. Theft is not okay.

Darla has been bathed, scrubbed and prepped ready for Welsh Kennel Club — and I think the results speak for themselves! 😍🐾

She was scrubbed using our NEW Taromi ExfoWeave - Our Textured Professional Exfoliating Cloth, Although it isn't available to everyone just yet, we are still using it constantly on all of our show dogs and the results have been phenomenal! 🤩

We promise it WILL be available very soon — we've just had a few shipping issues to overcome. 🙈

For Darla, we used a combination of WOW Blueberry Shampoo and WOW Pure Filth, with Pure Filth specifically used on those extra-dirty areas… yes, we're talking bottoms! 😂

She was then blasted dry using a combination of the Taromi Essential Slicker, before being finished with our Taromi Signature Long Pin and Ringside Pin Brushes.

And just LOOK at her! 😍

That coat, that finish… absolutely stunning! ❤️
