Running my business is particularly challenging at the moment whilst dealing with last minute cancellations, last minute bookings, and chasing payment.

I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and I am always willing to work with you to accommodate emergencies. However, as dog walking is my sole source of income, last-minute cancellations have a direct impact on my ability to cover my expenses.

Therefore, I am implementing the following policy:

* A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for all cancellations.
* Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service.
* Failure to pay the cancellation fee may result in the termination of services for your dog.

Additionally, I kindly request that you book your dog walks in advance whenever possible. While I will always do my best to accommodate last-minute requests, it is often difficult to squeeze in solo walks on short notice, as my schedule is planned well in advance. I’m not as flexible as I used to be.
