🐾 A little reminder to keep note 🐾

We are by appointment only salon, although we don’t mind if people pop by unannounced when they’re passing. Especially to buy treats for their dogs😋

However, please understand that the dogs in our care are always our top priority. We work with dogs of all ages, temperaments, and behavioural needs, including some who require extra patience, reassurance, and consistency throughout their groom. For many of these dogs, being stopped midway through their appointment or being picked up and put back down can be unsettling and may affect their overall experience.

Our goal is for every dog to enjoy a calm, positive, and stress free pamper session from start to finish.

We also kindly ask that owners arrive as close to their appointment or collection time as possible. Arriving significantly early can sometimes have the same effect on dogs as interruptions during their groom. Many dogs become excited when they spot their owner or recognise their car arriving, which can make it difficult for them to settle back into the grooming process if they are not quite ready to go home.

We work in a very noisy environment. Between high-velocity dryers, grooming equipment, barking dogs, and hearing protection worn for safety, it can be extremely difficult for us to hear someone entering the reception area or calling out unannounced.
