Have you ever stopped to notice how you speak to yourself?

“I’m not ready.”
“I never stick to anything.”
“I’m just not confident enough.”

The words we repeat can influence how we see ourselves, the decisions we make and whether we take that first step.

That’s why I’m so proud to now be qualified as a Certified Life Coach in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, also known as NLP.

NLP explores the connection between our thoughts, language and behaviour. It provides practical tools to help us recognise unhelpful patterns, reframe the way we think and approach our goals with greater confidence.

This feels like such a natural extension of everything Hello Day has always stood for. A planner gives you the space to decide what you want and map out the steps to reach it. Now, I want to help you build the confidence to follow those plans too 🫶🏼

I grew up surrounded by strong women.
My mom, my aunts, my cousins, my friends.
And then somewhere in adulthood I found myself isolated, surrounded by people but not truly known by any of them.
That loneliness is quiet.
It doesn’t announce itself.
But it shapes everything.
The way you see yourself.
The way you show up.
The way you believe, or don’t believe, in what you’re capable of.
You were not meant to figure this out alone.
