🌟 Could you spare a little time to make a BIG difference? 🌟

At Changing Lives SEN Independent School, we’re looking for friendly, interesting people who would be willing to give up a little of their time to come in and meet our students. 💙

We’d love to offer our young people the opportunity to chat informally with people from all walks of life and learn about the world beyond the classroom. Whether you’re working, retired, self-employed, or have an interesting career or life experience to share, your story could inspire our students! 😊

It’s a wonderful way to help our young people build confidence, develop their communication skills, discover new interests and learn about the many opportunities available to them in the wider world. 🌍✨

You don’t need to be a teacher or have any special experience, just a little time and a willingness to chat!

If you think you could help, or know someone who might be interested, we’d absolutely love to hear from you. Please get in touch by emailing: [email protected] or share this post to help us spread the word! ❤️

🎉 AMAZING ACHIEVEMENTS AT CHANGING LIVES SEN SCHOOL! 🎉

We are SO, SO proud of our incredible students and the fantastic exam successes they have achieved! 🌟👏

Our students have earned awards across a range of qualifications, including GCSEs, Functional Skills, Open Awards and AQA Unit Awards. Every achievement is something to celebrate, and we couldn't be happier for them! ❤️

These results are real evidence of what can happen when young people are given time, patience, encouragement and the RIGHT setting to learn and thrive. Every student has their own journey, and seeing them grow in confidence, develop new skills and achieve their potential is what makes everything we do so worthwhile. 🥰

A huge WELL DONE to all our amazing students, you should be incredibly proud of yourselves!

And, of course, a massive THANK YOU to our dedicated and passionate team. Your hard work, commitment, patience and unwavering support make these successes possible. 💚

At Changing Lives, we believe every young person deserves the opportunity to succeed — and these achievements prove just how much is possible! 🌈✨

🌍🍽️ WORLD FOOD DAY AT CHANGING LIVES! 🍽️🌍

What a wonderful way to end the half term! ❤️

Our students enjoyed celebrating World Food Day, with the school providing an exciting opportunity to explore and try new foods from different cultures around the world. 🌎😋

The best part? The food experiences were chosen based on an opportunities survey completed by the students themselves, giving them a voice in deciding what they wanted to try!

At Changing Lives, learning goes far beyond the classroom. Experiences like these help to broaden horizons, build cultural capital, encourage curiosity and develop confidence by supporting our students to step outside their comfort zones and try something new. 🌟

Whether discovering a new flavour, learning about another culture or simply having the confidence to give something unfamiliar a go, every little step is an achievement worth celebrating! 👏🥰

A fantastic end to a busy half term, full of learning, new experiences and, of course, plenty of delicious food! 💚
