It has taken a lot time and talking before we reached this difficult decision.

Unfortunately, due to the current economic situation, especially increasing fuel costs and changes to National Insurance for small businesses, we have been left with little option but to increase our fees.

Cat visits will now be £15 per visit for up to 3 cats. This is due to the time spent with your pets, feeding, welfare check, cleaning litter trays etc.

Vet taxis will be a minimum £30 call out. This will cover transporting you and your pet to and from your vet or grooming appointment, when your destination is within a 2 mile radius of your home address. There will be a charge of £1.25 for each additional mile.

Just for comparison, Uber Pet would be at least £11 each way and they don't offer the support at your appointment and often won't actually accept your pet in their vehicle!

Transfers to and from kennels will be agreed based on distance.

These fees are applicable to M and BL postcodes.

For further afield, we will agree a fee, based on time and mileage.

We are really sorry to have to increase our fees. We are currently operating at a loss and are left with either this or close.

Any existing bookings will be honoured at the agreed price.

Please understand we want to continue to serve pets and their owners to the best of our abilities and we appreciate your continued support

We look after any domestic pets, rabbits, guinea pigs, scaleys and even chickens and a hedgehog.

We can also help with vet trips, airport shuttle for pets, trips to doggy daycare and pet transfers (all domestic pets).
