🐾 An important update from Tails Be Wagging 💜
Firstly, I want to apologise for being a little quiet on here recently and for any messages I may have missed.
Unfortunately, our beautiful girl Holly has been really poorly and is currently dealing with some ongoing health issues. It’s been an incredibly worrying and emotional time for us, with lots of tests, medication, uncertainty and travelling to specialists to try and get our girl feeling better again. 💜
As you can imagine, Holly is our absolute world, and right now our main priority is her health, happiness and keeping her as stress-free as possible.
With that being said, we’ve made the difficult decision to scale back Tails Be Wagging for the foreseeable future.
🐾 We WILL still be welcoming back dogs who have previously stayed with us and are already familiar with Holly.
🐾 All new inductions and trial stays are now paused, meaning we won’t be welcoming any new dogs into the TBW family for the time being.
🐾 We’ll also be reducing our availability and blocking out additional dates to give Holly plenty of time to rest and recover.
This isn’t a decision we’ve taken lightly, but our girl’s wellbeing will always come first.
We’re really hoping these changes aren’t permanent, but for now we need to take things at Holly’s pace.
Thank you so much to all our lovely customers for your continued support, patience and understanding. We absolutely adore all your doggies, and we’re so grateful to have such a wonderful TBW family. 💜
Please do check availability with us before booking any holidays, as our calendar will be much more limited going forward.
Lots of love,
Tails Be Wagging 🐾💜 x
