It has been a privilege to be a part of your dogs' lives, and we are more committed than ever to providing a high-standard, enriching experience for every pet in our care.

Over the past 12 months, we have been working hard to elevate our services to the next level. We are proud to have launched our own: -
Professional website, invested in a Brand-new, transport van, and introduced a wide range of new enrichment activities within our boarding service. We have also recently completed a total renovation of our pet room and office to ensure a comfortable and professional environment for your pets.
Price Adjustment Notice
To maintain this high standard of care and account for the rising costs of fuel and vehicle maintenance, we will be implementing a small price adjustment. We have proudly maintained our original rates for five years without an increase; however, to ensure the sustainability of our service, all dog walking and pet visit prices will increase by £2, all boarding prices will increase by £1 effective from the 28th of March 2026. We have carefully researched local rates and are pleased to confirm that our pricing remains below the regional average. We are committed to providing exceptional value while ensuring your pets receive the best possible care and safety. Payment methods & invoices will remain the same.
Introducing Our New Business App!
We are thrilled to announce that we are launching a dedicated business app to make managing your pet’s care easier than ever! Through the app, you will be able to: Book walks and visits instantly. Check your balances, Update your pet’s medical and behavioural details. Communicate directly with us and receive feedback/photos from your pet’s sessions.
What Happens Next?
Please keep an eye on your inbox for your App Registration Email, which will be sent out shortly. This email will contain your unique login details and instructions. We kindly ask that you: 1. Register using the details provided. 2. Complete all boarding and walking-related questions. 3. Update any required information to ensure our records are current. We believe these changes are a huge step forward for our business and will provide you with much easier access to everything you need.
