Meet gorgeous little Mabel 🩷

Mabel is a beautiful Basset Fauve de Bretagne × Dachshund puppy, and was in today for her first puppy session.

The Basset Fauve de Bretagne is a cheerful, affectionate French scent hound, originally bred for hunting. They’re known for being confident, intelligent, playful and incredibly loyal, with plenty of energy packed into their compact size.

Crossed with a Dachshund, you get a wonderful combination of curiosity, bravery and charm, making for a fun-loving little companion with lots of personality, just like Mabel!

Introducing puppies to grooming from a young age helps them build confidence, get used to the sights and sounds of the salon, and makes future grooming visits a positive experience.

It’s been a while since I’ve posted – life has definitely got in the way! But I’m back, and what better way to kick things off than with the gorgeous Lilly. 🐾

Lilly is my very first white Schnauzer on the grooming table, and she was an absolute doll from start to finish. Such a beautiful little girl and a pleasure to groom. 🤍✨

At just 10 months old, Border Terrier Ziggy had his very first visit to the groomers 🐾

As he needed handstripping, we decided to split his groom over two sessions so it wasn’t too overwhelming for him. His first visit was for his handstrip, then a week later he returned for his bath and tidy.

Ziggy did brilliantly throughout and took it all in his stride — such a good boy! 🤎

A warm welcome to our new starters – Bella, Herbie, Millie & Archie.

A busy one for the start of the week, with four newbies settling in really well for their first visits. Always nice to meet new faces and get them comfortable with myself and the new surrounds.

Looking forward to seeing you all again soon 🐶
