Our bright, comfy fluff-mobiles have been a familiar sight around Medway, East and West Malling, Sittingbourne, Maidstone and Gravesend for nearly 15 years. We run two fully-equipped grooming parlours for dogs, kitted-out inside spacious vans that we park up outside your house, whenever your pup is in need of a pamper.

Good morning,

Firstly thank you for all your continued support I really appreciate it and love grooming all your pets 🐶
I’ve made a few mistakes in my diary recently either offered an appointment and forgotten to write it down, or double booked and had to change things around so apologies if I drove some of you mad with text messages 😬 then there’s the big TIME KEEPING issue, I always put ish when offering a time because being mobile I can not garentee an exact time. There may be traffic, there might be a difficult dog or a nervous dog that needs more care and encouragement or I may have a puppy that’s needed lots of cuddles, I understand this can be a pain in the butt sometimes so I am very sorry for this! I’m very busy so It may take me a couple of days to respond to messages BUT I never just ignore anyone! I love my job but I also love my family so some evenings once I’m finally home I don’t get back to messages I spend time with my family, I try my best at keeping on top of everything but I’m only human and I do have a life out of work, yesterday was a sad and difficult day laying a family member to rest so recieveing rude messages about not getting a response from me isn’t very nice.
Don’t just assume because you haven’t had a response in a few hours that you are not going to get one.

Hiya Emma here 👸🏼

Just a little reminder to those of you with big double coated breeds to get them booked in for their grooms sooner rather than later ready for the hot weather as my diary is already booked up five weeks ahead, I don’t have any appointments until mid April onwards unless I get a cancellation, you are welcome to book in advance if you wish.
