🐾 Your pet doesn’t care how expensive your sofa is… they care if you come home.

One thing I’ve learned from looking after so many animals is that they don’t measure love in gifts or treats.

They measure it in routines.
In familiar smells.
In knowing someone they trust will turn up when you’re away.

That’s why pet sitting isn’t just about feeding a pet or letting them into the garden. It’s about keeping life feeling as normal and secure as possible while their family can’t be there.

A relaxed pet is often one whose routine hasn’t been disrupted.

Whether they’re the dog waiting by the door, the cat pretending not to care (but secretly watching every move!), or the rabbit that likes breakfast at exactly the same time every day—those little details matter.

The Cat Lady doesn’t just look after pets. I look after their sense of normal.

Because to them, that’s everything. ❤️🐾
