The Role:
Full time (40hrs), over a 4 or 5 day week (whatever suits you)
1 in 3 OOH, with back-up
1 in 3 weekends (Sat 8.30am-12.30pm)
6.6 weeks holiday (including bank holidays)
VDS and RCVS fees covered
5 x CPD days per year and £1500 CPD allowance, with scope for more for certificates
You’ll work alongside 3 other vets (and growing, due to expansion); advanced practitioner in medicine and diagnostic imaging, certificate holders in surgery and endoscopy/endosurgery with a tonne of real-world experience. We’re keen to develop and learn from each other, whilst utilising our own skill sets and interests.

Digital DR X-ray with floating table top
Sonoscape Propet 80 ultrasound machine, with linear probe, micro convex and 2x phase-array probes
Dedicated dental suite with digital CR dental X-ray
Laparoscopy / Arthroscopy
Video – Endoscopy/bronchoscopy/rhinoscopy
Dedicated orthopaedic suite with equipment/implants on site (TPLO/TTA/locking plating systems, ex fix)
Dedicated soft tissue suite with mono/bipolar cautery, vessel sealing, suction
Full Idexx internal lab, EPOC for blood-gas, ketone meter
Cat friendly designed clinic, with separate waiting room and a brilliant cattery to help keep our feline friends calm and friendly
