Hi all 👋🏻 we hope you’re enjoying the sunshine ☀️

If you have an appointment this week, we kindly ask that you avoid walking your dog to and from their appointment. If we feel your pet is too hot upon arrival, we will unfortunately have to turn you away for their safety and well-being.

If you are unable to travel by car, especially during the warmest hours of the day, please do let us know as soon as possible and we will reschedule your appointment for a cooler time!

We of course have water provided at all times, heat turned down on all dryers, and we are fully air conditioned but it does still get hot out the back so please do allow extra time for the appointment as there will be more frequent breaks to cool down and have some water ☀️💦

🐾 Important Update 🐾
Hey everyone! We hope you’re all having a wonderful week 👋
Firstly, we want to say a huge thank you for all of the continued support you have shown us and for keeping us so busy. We are beyond grateful for every recommendation, enquiry, and client who trusts us with their fur-babies 🥰

To maintain the level of care and attention we pride ourselves on, we have made the decision to close our books to new clients at this current time!

We know some people may wonder about expanding the team, but keeping Valley a calm and low-stress environment for the animals in our care has always been our priority, we wouldn’t want the salon to feel too busy/chaotic, so keeping the team small allows us to do this!

When we re-open our books we will make sure to pop a post up and let you all know!

Again, thank you so much for your custom, support and patience, it truly means the world to us ❤️

Hey guys!
🐶- Just a heads up, we are currently fully booked until the 3rd July. And we have no Saturday availability until the 8th of august! We strongly advise pre booking atleast your next 2-3 appointments to avoid disappointment, especially if you want weekend bookings!

🐱- We have now increased our cat days from 2 days a month to 4 days a month due to high demand. So if your cat is in need of some tlc before the hot weather hits then please give us a call!
