As summer temperatures soar, it’s important we keep our four-legged friends hydrated and safe. If it’s too hot to trot outdoors, it’s best to find some nice, cool indoor fun instead. 🐾 ☀️

Rorythevet is here to share Dogs Trust’s tips on how to spot signs of heatstroke in pets. Remember: COOL FIRST, VET SECOND.
🐾 Stop – gently stop any activity
🐾 Shade – move your pet somewhere cool and shady, and offer water
🐾 Cool – poor cold water over their body. No towels, as they can trap heat
🐾 Transport – head to the vet once you’ve done all the above

It’s ! A day where (if your office is dog-friendly) you can take your best buddy along with you during every meeting, presentation and the like. Here at Lily’s Kitchen, we’re lucky enough to have dogs in the office every day (not to brag). 🐕
