🤩 Introducing our fabulous Mudskippers!

Meet the Mudskippers. They may not be the most attractive species, but they are certainly one of the most entertaining!

Spending most of their time outside the water, they’ll climb and explore their enclosures, and can amazingly breathe through their skin!

With large eyes that are always alert, these creatures are always observing. Impressively, they can also blink! In order to wet, to clean and to protect the eye, this is a very key adaptation for them!

It is important to note that Mudskippers thrive in Brackish water, with a specific gravity of between 1.005 and 1.015.

These are certainly fascinating creatures, and make excellent friends!
