One of the things I truly love witnessing during a session is the strong bond between the dog parents and their furry babies. There is a specific kind of magic in the trust they share, especially when they finally let go and drift off like this. 💗

This deep relaxation is exactly what we aim for. Seeing a dog feel safe enough to lean into their human and fully process the session is the ultimate reward. That bond isn’t just sweet, it’s a vital part of the healing process. 💗

I’ve updated my blog space to better reflect how I work, sharing the direct insights, education, and clinical ‘notes’ from my daily treatments.

In the latest entry, I’m diving into why Laser Therapy is such an essential part of my holistic approach. It’s more than just a tool; it’s about the synergy between technology and a deep understanding of animal anatomy.

Red light therapy for dogs is everywhere right now. The problem? Much of what you see online lacks clinical nuance.

Wavelength matters.
Power density and dosimetry matter.
Diagnosis matters.
Device quality matters.

Red light (approximately 600–650nm) may support circulation and superficial tissues.
Near-infrared (800–1000+nm) penetrates deeper and is where much of the clinical research in canine osteoarthritis and tissue repair is focused.

Photobiomodulation is not a trend. It is a therapeutic modality that requires precision, correct dosing, and appropriate case selection.

As I shared in the article, successful outcomes depend on three things:
• The right diagnosis
• The right device
• The right therapist
