It’s been a while since I’ve posted on here so I’m starting things back up with a reintroduction to who I am, both in my business and outside of it 👏🏻

I’m Alyssa, 25, and I’ve been working in the dog industry since I was 17.
I own two working Dobermans - Ghost (5) and Creed (4). They train in bitework and high-level obedience, but they’re just as happy being lazy at home or coming along on family trips.
We’ve also got a 6 year old Sprocker, Frank, and two Chihuahuas, Milo (5) and Branston (1).

I’m always learning and developing my training, both with my own dogs and the dogs I work with. I’ve got a real soft spot for high-drive, intense working breeds but I also love the dogs, working or pet, who want nothing more than to cuddle.

I specialise in Dobermans and reactive dogs, but I’m not limited to them.
If you’re working with a high-drive or reactive dog and want real, long-term results, this is exactly what I focus on.

Outside of training, you’ll usually still find me around dogs 🤣 If not, I’m probably with family, having a cup of tea, or trying out a new food spot.

Thank you for taking the time read and get to know me a bit more☺️

If you’ve got a passion, hobby, or a local business you love, please drop it below. Always happy to support local (dog-related or not). Bonus points for food recommendations 👏🏻

Run free, Barra🌈💔

This post is a dedication to the lovely Barra, a client who was a pleasure to work with every week

Barra was the kind of dog who just made your day so much better when you saw him. He was so full of energy, drive, and that made every session a joy. He gave everything he had to whatever was in front of him, whether it was training, playing, or simply taking in the world around him

He reminded me every session what it meant to love life completely. Even on the hardest days, he found joy in the smallest things, like a leaf blowing across the path in front of us or sniffing every single blade of grass🤣

Losing him so young doesn’t feel fair, but I’m so grateful to have known him and to have been a part of his journey!

To his incredible owners, Ruth & Colin. Thank you for trusting me with your boy, and for giving him the happiest life any dog could ask for. The love and dedication you showed him was something truly special, and it was clear in every single thing you did for him. Barra was so lucky to have had you both🫶🏻

Rest easy, baby Barra. You’ll always be remembered🤍🐾

Limitless K9 is 1!🎉

One year ago, I set out to help dogs and their owners build stronger relationships through effective training. Since then, I’ve worked with so many incredible clients—helping dogs build solid foundations in their first consults, refining skills through walk & train sessions, and achieving milestones like reliable recall, increased confidence, and improved lead manners.

As a thank you, I’m offering a special promo until April 1st, please DM to claim your discounts:

🐾 15% OFF training sessions
(available to clients who have completed an initial consultation)
🐾 10% OFF your next walk & train
(available to dogs who have undergone an initial assessment)
🐾 Refer a friend and receive a FREE training session when they book—plus, they’ll get 10% off their second consult
(both clients must have completed an initial consultation to qualify)

I am truly grateful for the trust our clients have placed in me over the past year. The progress I’ve seen in both dogs and owners has been incredible, and I couldn’t be more thankful to be a part of this journey with you. Your dedication and commitment have made all the difference!

Here’s to another successful year of training and making our dogs live their best life!💚

This is my own dog Ghost.

Anyone who knows Ghost personally, knows how chaotic, mental and high energy he is. He is the happiest, bounciest dog and is such a sweetheart to everyone he meets, regardless of if it’s a stranger or not. He has been dog reactive since he was around 6 months old but is now managed safely and able to explore way more now than he ever has before. Why? Ghost is ecollar trained. It has given him the freedom of being off-lead and I have no doubt in my mind that he would never be off-lead if it wasn’t for this amazing tool. It wasn’t a case of just chucking the ecollar on him and stimming him left, right and centre - as some people will try to make you believe. It was weeks of positive experiences, conditioning and training him to understand what the ecollar actually means and putting the work in for our dog to experience a whole new world without a worry. How could you take this away from the dogs and people who use this tool responsibly? Shame on you!!

The Scottish government has announced a proposed ban of ecollars in Scotland and are due to vote THIS THURSDAY. If Scotland vote for a ban, this will only be the start of things to ban which are deemed aversive, this includes but isn’t limited to, slip leads/collars, prong collars, even things as simple as saying no to your dog. This ban on ecollars is absolutely devastating to not only the dogs, but owners too. The ecollar is a tool that gives dogs who are at risk of euthanasia a new lease of life, allows deaf dogs to be able to experience off-lead freedom, stop attacks on livestock when trained correctly and more importantly gives owners a new found confidence in letting their dog off-lead as, in my opinion, it is the most reliable way to recall your dog without the use of a longline for life.

You can help stop this ban by emailing your local MSPs your positive experiences with ecollars alongside the letter template written by ARDO.

It won’t be long before there’s no time left to stop this ban from going through. No matter how little or how much you can help, please do so where you can, I can say with no doubt that it is greatly appreciated to everyone involved.

As always, if you have any questions, want to know more on the ecollar or need the letter template kindly written by ARDO, please feel free to give me a message!

TOP 5 FIREWORKS TIPS💥

Fireworks can be a stressful time for many pet owners and their dogs. To help keep your pup calm and comfortable, here are a few simple tips to make the season a little easier for both of you!

✅Tip 1: Try to walk your dog during daylight hours to avoid sudden fireworks that can be distressing. Keeping them on a lead adds extra safety in case loud sounds startle them, so they stay close and calm during the walk

✅Tip 2: At home, close the curtains to reduce any sudden flashes of light, which can be unsettling for dogs. Playing calming classical music can help mask the sound of fireworks, creating a more relaxing atmosphere. Set up a cozy, secure space, like a crate with a cover, where your dog can retreat if they feel anxious—it becomes their safe haven

✅Tip 3: Try using a white noise machine or fan to help drown out the sound of fireworks. The consistent noise can be soothing and help keep your dog calm

✅Tip 4: Stay calm and composed. Dogs are sensitive to our emotions, so maintaining a relaxed and reassuring presence can help them feel more at ease during loud noises

✅Tip 5: Most importantly, begin preparing now for next year’s fireworks season. Consider gradually desensitising your dog to loud noises with gentle sound training, so they feel more relaxed when the next season arrives

If you need help with any training, don’t hesitate to drop us a message!💚
