💧 Fresh water always available
🧊 Freeze Lick-e-Lix for a tasty cooling treat
❄️ Use cooling mats or cool tiles
🏠 Keep curtains closed during the hottest part of the day
🪮 Brush out loose fur regularly
🧊 Try a frozen water bottle wrapped in a towel near their favourite spot

⚠️ Watch for signs of overheating: panting, drooling, lethargy, or collapse. If you’re worried, contact your vet straight away.

Are you organised, friendly, and a genuine cat lover?

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to support our growing cat sitting business.

This is a varied role that combines office administration with excellent customer service, helping ensure our clients and their cats receive the highest standard of care.

What You’ll Be Doing

Responding to customer enquiries via email, and social media.

Booking cat sitting visits and managing staff schedules.

Keeping client and pet records accurate and up to date.

Sending invoices and processing payments.

Supporting our team of cat sitters with day-to-day administration.

Assisting with social media posts and general marketing (if desired).

Maintaining high standards of customer service and communication.

We’re Looking For Someone Who

Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Has great communication and customer service skills.

Is confident using computers and Google Forms/Google Docs.

Can manage multiple tasks and stay calm under pressure.

Is reliable, trustworthy, and proactive.

Loves cats and understands the importance of providing exceptional care to both pets and their owners.

Previous administration or customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
