A reminder of our cancellation policy.....
7 days or less notice..is charged at full session rate...
8 to 14 days notice..is charged at half session rate..
You have all been given a copy of our T&C's that was given out in January and you have signed to say you have read them.
Please remember this is our employment and just like you if we don't get paid we don't pay our bills. Imagine going into your place of work and them saying they don't need you so you don't get paid....that's exactly how it is for me when sessions get cancelled last minute.
